Autototem: Better "Smart" mode #804

Equip the totem if:

The user is standing near a creeper/TNT/fireball without a shield
The user is in lava
Impact detects an arrow nearby while on low health
Falling from a certain-death height
you literally have less than 4hp. Dunno why it doesn't do this already.

Basically if a mean mofo is about to tear you a new one.

Maybe it's possible to account how much damage a user would do to us, depending on our current armour value/enchantments and their current weapon damage/enchantments. Equip a totem if they're about to kill us in two hits or so.
