Create panel for selecting different levels

Started working on it, it doesn't yet fetch levels from the LevelManager, only dummies for now. For some reason the levels aren't properly aligned at start but only when you scroll for the first time...

It now fetches levels from the level manager and can be reached from the main menu, still problem with rendering
