Mismatch between image hash and link hash in translated markdown #9

Description:

During testing, I've noticed that the hash code used in the image link does not match the hash code of the actual translated image file. For example, the link provided:

![phi35moe_model](../../../../translated_images/phi35moebenchmark.2fe11de1d014201677fcb1c5c2cd04e6caa124c5468541637eb75b1897121918.es.png)

points to an image file with a different hash:

phi35moebenchmark.f6eb731540ca4d202f212e7bd9bc79ac362021d826f0890cdfcde6657ed8616f.es.png
