The main page can do with a bit more context as it is very hard to interpret it as it is. Eg add the symbol of the input variable as well as the written name of the variable (that is already there). ie is soring constant represented as k in the equation of motion? is force applied represented as R_0 or as R_0 cos(wt)? at the moment its really hard to tell and its not necessarily intuitive. You might want to add the symbols from the equation of motion to your plot axis description as well so its more clear what excatly is being plotted. It might be a good idea to put the equation of motion on the main screen in order to make it easier to understand (ie people wont have to click on theory tab to see it) Maybe it is worth adding an example case of the theory you explained and what you would expect to see on your graph. ie What wold happen physic wise if the mass was set to zero (what would happen to phase difference, displacement acceleration etc.)
