Binary file upload #83

Problem: It may be useful to upload and parse the binary files, which are smaller and sometimes more readily at hand, rather than plain text files. (at least for Biologic). This definitely more of a "Nice to Have".

Proposed solution: There is a package for this, but the license is GPL - galvani. Else, we will have to come up with our own implementation.

We do not need to parse the binary file but will provide an option to upload it. See #179 .
