Bugfix: changing channel in assignment #46

Bug due to #36, #45, and #24 (tenuously).

Fix assignment of offsets in ROI selection in switch_channel function. Fix offsets in movie_generator.

Whilst there, might as well add the Change channel button regardless of verification state
