Address performance issues running Plot.show_image() #145

show_image() method of Plot() class reportedly has severe performance issues when running in jupyter notebook.

Error reported on Windows. Solution to this issue should consider other reports of performance problems when displaying plotly figures as images and consider alternatives for "express" plotting
