A toggle UI element indicating whether a package is open or closed source has been added to the /sofware/add and /software/<name>/edit/information forms in the closed-source-ui branch.
Next steps are to update the form displayed to the user at /software/<name>/edit/information based on the state of the closed source toggle. The form should be responsive so that when the toggle is changed, the form is updated immediately. The following changes should be made with respect to the current form when the closed source toggle is activated:
Hide/remove the "Repo URL" field.
Hide/remove the "Citation" section.
Replace the Licenses section with a hidden field with the value "Proprietary"
