Hi!

The old ECDC download didn't work anymore, since the ECDC open data repo now requires empty NTLM authentication in the header and I've changed the file download code to the one posted on the ECDCs website. Including the old error checking.

I'm looking for what I could contribute, some ideas with which I could help:

• Setting up a daily model run on Google cloud platform, which could feed a static or more advanced website, for example making the output available on cloud storage, for serving it via HTTP.
• I could also help with the website and visualization on there
• Making it runnable on a cluster (Slurm on Google Cloud Platform for example) for making rapid experimentation more feasible. From my understanding each Stan MCMC chain can be run independently, which means it would be possible to run one chain on each machine, using Stan's multi threading features for utilizing all the cores with sampling from one chain. And then recombine the chains.

Or any specific thing which you are looking for?
