Move the graphs on Hub 1 to PC1L to make better use of screen real estate (Hub1 -> PC1 Left) #78

It looks better to swap the full functionality of Hub 1 and PC1 Left screens. I have split this into two issues for now.

IF we move the graphs currently assigned to Hub 1 to PC1L then we can make better use of hub 1. As the screen is smaller and some are repeats of PC1R we would then remove the intraday market and balancing market to leave just 4 graphs:

Energy Deficit Intraday bids and offers demand side response DSR Commands to agents
