This PR cleans up the setup page by making some reformatting changes to make it clearer what is really important.

Specific changes:

It copies the changes made in intro course: https://github.com/ImperialCollegeLondon/introductory_grad_school_git_course/pull/60
It makes the OS-specific instructions collapsable
It re-orders and re-formats some sections for clarity
