Including the motivating examples at top of lessons #77

This PR adds the motivating examples from the "Collaborating with Git and GitHub" lesson to the top of the lessons they are relevant to. I also re-ordered them so they appear in the same order.

Three of them are in the same lesson "Managing contributions to code". But I think this works well because that is the first lesson of Day 2.
