Translate documentation in Spanish #356

Requires some work - and obviously translating all the documentation - but it should be doable. See https://github.com/squidfunk/mkdocs-material/discussions/2346

This is going to be very time consuming, so I would suggest we leave this to the end, after we have sorted the technical issues and bugs, time permitting.

@ICHydro are you already working on this? I'm asking because if I update the docs as needed in relation to #331 , #355 and #407, among other minor tweaks, it will create conflicts with your work.
