The Plant-FATE model provides a framework for taking a community of cohorts of differing size and plant functional type (PFT) and using the perfect plasticity approximation and PFT traits to generate a community wide canopy model. This framework captures the canopy area of each cohort across the different canopy layers.

This is closed by #288 Some changes likely (see https://github.com/ImperialCollegeLondon/pyrealm/discussions/297) but the basic structures are now there.
