Application of the T Model allocation process to estimate plant growth and hence simulate the dynamics of plant growth through time. #135

The community structure and light capture described in #131, #132, #133 and #134 provide components that allow a community to grow dynamically through time and to represent the canopy and light environment of the community. The P Model provides a way to calculate productivity and hence use the T Model of allocation to estimate the incremental growth of cohorts.

This needs to be implemented 😄

Has this been superseded by the recent demography updates?

Nope. This is the next stage in the demography.
