Revise description of C3C4 model to clarify estimation of proportion of C3 GPP from trees. #168

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The description of the C3C4 process (Step 3: https://pyrealm.readthedocs.io/en/develop/users/pmodel/c3c4model.html#step-3-account-for-shading-by-c3-trees) needs to be clearer: the code and function names in particularly make it easy to conflate the step with estimation of tree cover itself. Which it does not.
