This PR:

Removes soilmstress completely from the PModel class.
Renames calc_soilmstress to calc_soilmstress_stocker
Implement calc_soilmstress_mengoli
Updates the documentation to describe how both these are now used purely as post-hoc factors applied to the GPP calculated in a well-watered P Model.

Potentially, these should take a PModel as an input to screen for applying more than one soil moisture correction.
