MIT license File added.

@davidorme , you might want to add that license in the repository settings as well.

@MarionBWeinzierl Adding the licence to the settings seems to use a mechanism that only works through the addition of that file - I can't seem to find a separate settings page (although repos must sometimes need to have licence changes?). If that add licence mechanism is admin-only, shall I create a new PR that follows it?

Ah, you're right @davidorme , it automatically adds it in the settings when the file is added. Just merged this.

@MarionBWeinzierl I wondered if that might happen but it isn't super clear in the GitHub description 😄
