Because of how mkdocs handles external links to the docs/ folder using relative links outside docs/ in Markdown is slightly problematic for the static webpage.
I would suggest we to URLs pointing to GitHub + a relative link for the people using the notebook locally.
I would also move the links in the TOC at the end of each line
