I've added details of what I think the correct publication process with poetry is to the README. Let me know if this makes sense, I've only tested the commands up to a certain point, so if anything is wrong there might be changes down the line.
I also bumped the version with poetry, as it seemed like a sensible time to do so (though it admitted conflicts with the procedure I set out for bumping it).
