There is an existing branch that adds use case recipes demonstrating data set upload. This seems like a good idea so I am adding it as an issue so that we remember it

Relevant message from David "Just FYI, I have just created a new branch on sdv - its the beginnings of a new doc section showing some using cases in a bit more detail - Python and CLI recipes for various tasks. That is not for 3.0.0."

A later message said that this could be done for 3.0.0
