Fixed table + typo in docs #6

A small fix of the docs. Most important changes is to the columns of the taxa table. Otherwise just corrected a typo I spotted in install.md. There are a load more changes than that though as my current configuration of atom deletes surplus spaces. If this is a problem for markdown let me know and I will reconfigure atom to stop it from doing that.
