Startup is stuck at HW_RTC_INIT() #121

I have seen it never recover, getting stuck permenantly. Not sure if its hardware issue. Ensure HW watchdog can deal with this.

Hardware watchdog reset is not sufficient to reset. It is going continueous reset after getting stuck at this point. Looks to me that the RTC is not starting up.
