I'm not quite sure what you're suggesting, could you add more details?
If you're requesting highlighting as it speaks (which is part of the roadmap), this is a feature I'm keen on adding, but due to the complexity of accessing text elements in documents in Zotero, I imagine it might take some time, sorry.
Hello ,
Thanks for reply, here I want to say, this can you please make available this voice "MIcrosoft Ravi Natural-English India", and more Highlighting text while reading, I hope you get it now.
And Please help me out with this if I want to read particular section, it start from begining everytime.
it starts from the beginning every time
As mentioned in the readme:
In Reader tabs, Ctrl/Cmd (+ Shift) + S will speak the full text of a paper. If you have any text selected within the document, it will read that instead.
So to read a specific section, select it with your mouse and then click the play button.
Please do read the documentation in future, it exists to answer questions like this.
Thanks for reply, your are right but I am asking something else, the problem occurred here, consider I am reading 1000 pages text and if I want read from 300 pages, and when I go to 300th page and click on play then its start from initial page. what can i do now
So to read a specific section, select it with your mouse and then click the play button.
You need to select the text you want it to read.
ok
With regards to which voices are available, ZoTTS (currently) uses whatever voices are installed on your computer.
Since I'm guessing you use Windows, check out this guide from Microsoft about how to install voices (there's also information on installing third party voices if that's helpful to you).
Note that these might not be the same voices as those available in Edge, since those use Azure TTS, which I haven't got round to integrating yet, but it is planned.
Checklist
Feature or improvement you want
Please check a read a loud function in microsoft edge and try to indulge such a function in ZOTTS
Why should this be added?
