Implement favourites #118

Implements #102

I'm not super satisfied with using Q as the shortcut, but a lot of the better letters are taken (C for cycle is taken by cancel, F for favourites is taken by find, etc)

Otherwise, very happy with how this turned out though! I think the favourites list looks pretty good with the bolding/italicising.
