[FR]: Hope to add Microsoft azure interface

Feature or improvement you want

Dear developer! This is a great software with great applicability. I would like to ask you to develop a voice interface for Microsoft Azure, and the key is filled in by the user. Thank you!

Why should this be added?

The voice currently provided is not human-like enough, while the voice provided by Microsoft Azure is closer to human voice.

Thanks for your FR.

While I agree more human like TTS would be really nice, and ZoTTS is built from the ground up to be expandable in that direction (see docs/CONTRIBUTING.md), there's a lot of other features I want to implement first so adding other engines is a fairly low priority right now.

That said, the TTS engine ZoTTS currently uses can access any voice installed directly on your device. If you're using a windows machine, check the bottom of this guide for links to third party voices you can use, some paid and some free, but hopefully one of which works better for you.
