Describe the bug Profile Photo doesn't appear when you use the public view button to look at your public profile

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Add a profile photo
  2. Click "View Public Profile" button
  3. Cannot see your profile photo on the public view of your profile, even after refreshing the page
