Describe the bug Able to make another story contribution on a pitch after deleting the original story

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Pitch Dialogue View
  2. Create a story contribution
  3. Delete the story contribution
  4. Click the Contribution + symbol
  5. Can create another story contribution (not greyed out)
  6. Contribution icon on the pitchboard is green even though you no longer have any contributions

Expected behavior Story contribution is grayed out

Made it officially possible to create new contributions of the same type after deleting the old one.

Should be fixed by #a22dafe
