Describe the bug Pressing "Back" on google chrome when on the "Report Contribution" window doesn't bring you back to the Pitch Dialogue View

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Pitchboard
  2. Click on a pitch
  3. Select "Report" on a contribution from that pitch
  4. Press back arrow on chrome browser when the report contribution window has loaded
  5. You remain on the report contribution window

Expected behavior Taken back to the Pitch Dialogue View

Windows 10, Chrome
