And maybe publish it on a smart package?

Some things to do:

[ ] Remove the dep on bootstrap
[ ] Allow to show a legend
[ ] Allow to navigate (previous, next) and show current photo index/total
[ ] Use something like ReactiveProperty to manage the gallery state

Yes, we could use something like that instead of reinventing the well.

The idea of "rolling our own" is because there isn't any gallery smart package and it would be cool to be the first to implement one that used the reactivity infrastructure.
