Enable glow for Text via builder #145

Describe the solution you'd like Enable glow for text via the builder. Enable glow is set to false by default. It would be a cool feature to be able to enable glow in the builder, so that gslc_ElemSetGlowEn () ia added to the .h file when code is generated.
