I have detected a detail in which having this mod installed in conjunction with:

Which makes you completely invulnerable towards these enemies, making it greatly easier to fight them.

It's easy to replicate if you install all 4 mods at the same time.

Why mirage? Doesn't that just sync skinwalker voices?
