Support for installing apk with target SDK lower then 23 (restriction in Android 14+) #1669

Is possible to install apk with target SDK lower then 23 (restriction in Android 14+)? If yes, how?

I'm author of application PPPPutSettings (PPPPS) with target SDK 22. And with Obtainium is not possible to install it. PPPPS repo: https://github.com/henrichg/PPPPutSettings

InstallWithOptions has this. Parameter: "Bypas Low Target SDK Block" and working also with Shiziku. However, this application requires a downloaded apk of the application, which I am going to install.

Are you using the Shizuku install method? I'm not sure if this is an Obtainium issue.

Tested in Galaxy S21, One UI 6.1, Android 14. not rooted.

The same problem is in Obtainium 1.1.11.
