[Feature Request] Add `pre-defined brand colours` and a `dynamic colour picker` to the `category colour picker` #782

Hello!

I would like to be able to categorise Apps, by using a pre-defined set of brand colours in a dropdown menu, that are currently supported by Optainium and/or a dynamic colour picker, so I can choose a respective colour.

The current colour picker uses pastel(?) colours, which cannot be aligned to the App's branding colours.

Also, picking a colour feels like, that I am choosing a random colour - like in the colour picker of WhatsApp - which is not very user-friendly for me.

I took the time and looked up all branding colours, that are currently supported:

I am not sure, if certain colours can be copyrighted or trademarked...

As for the dynamic colour picker: Maybe either of these, like in GIMP, if it is not too complex to implement.

Only RGB colours should be sufficient. Luminance, chroma and hue would be overkill, I think:

I think adding a predefined list of colour doesn't make sense as categorizing by source is only one possible way of categorizing apps - the choice of colour should be up to the user (I do appreciate the work put into finding brand colours though - might be able to repurpose that for some other feature). A colour picker could be added.

I totally forgot about that! There is even more dynamic to it.

A colour picker could be added.

Nice, looking forward to it!
