Add new source: Uptodown #853

Hi, I hope you'll consider adding this site because it has most of the apps and can be used when apkpure can't download the app for some reason (problem of the site not Obtainium), and also when it serves an app that is not compatible with the phone.

Are Uptodown and APKMirror reliable and safe platforms for downloading apps?

APKMirror is run by the AndroidPolice news website, so I think it is. APKPure and Aptoide I'm not sure about, but they seem okay. Uptodown seems like the sketchiest of the four, I've never heard of it before.

I think users should be responsible for making sure their sources are safe, Obtainium is really for automating the manual update checking and install steps more than anything else. But obviously if there's any source that distributes malware or something like that, it wouldn't be added.

I've been using it for a long time and the signature of the apps I got was always the same as the original one, I never saw a conflict, so the apps I got are from the offcial developers, and I've never heard of any incident or a bad thing they did.

They claim that they scan all apps through VirusTotal, and only the official apps are distributed, not the cracked ones, and I can confirm that from my long time of usage.

If I'm wrong about anything please correct me, and it is good to add the source because if someone wants the app from there he will get it eventually, the only thing he will lose is tracking and installing updates through Obtainium.
