API base URL is an expert setting? Why can Expert Settings be edited while AI feature is disabled? #120

Why can I change the AOI base URL if there is deactivated "Customize expert settings"?

Happens when the preferences are opened at the first time.

Strange.....

I can't reproduce it... However when we talked with Thi Lo, I could, and we together retried that.

Ah, it's about that Hugging Face.

To reproduce:

  1. Enable AI
  2. Set AI provider - Hugging Face
  3. Enable customize settings
  4. Turn off AI
  5. Close preferences
  6. Open preferences again

Lastly, API base URL was enabled (but it should be disabled)
