feature request: dynamic bookmarks #608

I'd like an option to create bookmarks that will auto-update to the last page 
you are reading when you used that particular bookmark to get there. This would 
be useful with large books where you read in several different locations 
concurrently. It is very troublesome to delete a bookmark and add a new one 
each time.

Similarly, you could add an "update bookmark" button next to the delete button 
on the bookmark list, and an update bookmark action for tap zones.
