I raise this change request because...

• [X] the ILCD+EPD format lacks conformaty with standards.
• [ ] the ILCD+EPD format needs to be improved regarding existing format or master data elements.
• [ ] there is another problem or use case I´m trying to address.

Problem description

EN 15804+A2, chapter 7.1, k), SVHC declaration: "the declaration of material content of the product shall list as a minimum substances contained in the product that are listed in the “Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern for authorisation” when their content exceeds the limits for registration with the European Chemicals Agency"
