ISO 22057 - various compliance declarations to "standard PCR"

I raise this change request because...

• [ ] the ILCD+EPD format lacks compliance with regualtions.
• [X] the ILCD+EPD format lacks conformaty with standards.
• [ ] the ILCD+EPD format needs to be improved regarding existing format or master data elements.
• [ ] there is another problem or use case I´m trying to address.

Problem description

various compliance statements defined as unitless field yes/no. The following are mentioned:

• allocation complies with standard PCR
• cut - off rules complies with standard PCR
• use of upstream data which does not respect the allocation principles of the core PCR
• generic LCA data --> "surrogate LCA data used if no system specific data are available. Note: Data that is not site or enterprise specific. Generic LCA data includes industry average EPD, or data from LCI and LCA databases and can be provided for all information modules."

no sure about the added value of these. these things are subject to verification and for 99,999% of the datasets all of these will be "yes". definition of what "standard PCR" is is missing. Could be EN 15804, or c-PCR(s) or any other PCR created by somebody...

Solution description

Check for relevance. If reference to "standard PCR" is not given in the dataset, the "yes/no" information does not make sense.
