Onboarding

• create views for: set goal days, set goal times and recap.
• create progress bar component and add it to on boarding views
• create skip/back component and add it to on boarding views
• store static data like techniques and goal times in redux
• add offline support for auth. if the user is offline the app will use the auth value in redux.
• rewrote some lifecycle functions in on boarding views so the could be reusable for edit.
