This service is designed for women who are hard of hearing or deaf so we need the appointments to be for a chat rather than a phone call.

In the Action for Children tool, the appointment booking is for a phone call, however I wasn't sure if you guys meant more an appointment to talk to someone via the chat. If it is the latter, that is a different feature that we're not sure yet how to build, however we will investigate it. If you could clarify for us though, that would be great.
