Forgot code feature #43

If a user forgets their code and has given us their email address, we can email them a reminder of their access code.

@fiammapather @joannayoungs we've built this feature, but we will need you guys to sign up for an account here. We will also need a domain name to send the emails from. Setting this up under your current domain is likely to be difficult as you probably have your own email delivery service which our setup would conflict with, so the easiest and quickest way to get this all set up is to buy a cheap domain to send these emails from. I had a look on namecheap and for example, yoursanctuary-chat.space is available for $0.99.
