When a user accesses the app, they should be shown different screens/options depending on whether or not there are advisors available to speak to them

@joannayoungs @fiammapather we've managed to do this to the extent that we show if the chat is in/out of hours, however there is no way to communicate from Crisp whether the advisors are all busy or not. However, I've set up a '!busy' shortcut that you can use from the chat app when you are speaking to people to let them know that everyone is currently busy, but soemone will be with them asap. You can edit this and make more shortcuts by going here.

Still need to implement initial check on home to render different page if chat is offline
