tumor site vs. diagnosis in the pptx template #13

On slide 2 of the pptx, tumor site from sample ID is used to fill the tumor site in the slide's header while on slides 4-7 diagnosis from the clinical metadata file is used. Is this an inconsistency or a feature?

I guess this is related to the fact that slide 2 is supposed to contain only non-personal info after filling and slides 4-7 will contain personal info. However, this is difficult to get if one is not involved in interpretation and not aware of preMol meeting standard communication..
