This suggestion is just an example of how the readme file can be made a bit easier to read and navigate (at least for me it is easier to read when code-chunks are separated from the regular text).
There are also 4 parentheses with TODO: in them. Their content specifies some small bits which are missing in the file. It would be great if the missing info can be filled in and the parentheses removed.
Use what you find useful and trash all the rest. I am more than happy to discuss any parts of this if you find it interesting.
