This Pull request will fix the issue of PRONTO failing to read strings with æ,å,ø in the InPreD_clinical_data_file.

For nodes that donot have this issue (yet), this fix will not break their code.
For nodes that have expirienced this issue (eg HUS), fixing this in the Inpred/PRONTO repo will alleviate the need to change code locally.
