Missing file [sample]_CNV_overview_plots.pdf in test data #5

We have file CL-AcroMetrix_CNV_overview_plots.pdf in the test data. However, the corresponding file for sample CL-NA12878N25 was not provided in the test data. It seems this file is required by PRONTO.py.
