Retrieve all content of a retweeted tweet #118

Not all the content of a tweet is extracted if it is a retweeted one. Thus, in the related structure of a tweet might exists a extra section named "retweed_status" that contains all the body of this tweet.

Thank you for the Pull Request. It appears you are trying to merge into master, which is currently behind in the development of ThreatIngestor. We have a develop branch to build and test all changes prior to release.

Please update the PR to merge into develop and clear up any merge conflicts. This was actually the next issue I was planning on completing, so I appreciate the quick fix.

After we run all of the changes through a final QA stage, a new package version will be published. I'll be sure to close the issue (https://github.com/InQuest/ThreatIngestor/issues/114) and send a final comment so you can get the newest version from PyPi when it's ready for download.
