IOCs Not Extracted from Git Repos #93

The defanged IP 139.28.39[.]165 wasn't extracted from https://github.com/eset/malware-ioc/blob/master/evilnum/README.adoc.

This might not be a good idea. A lot of junk is being extracted as a result of scraping .adoc files. I'll table this issue for now until there's a better way to parse files with markdown content.
