BiographyNet: "Wikidata QID" <http://www.wikidata.org/prop/direct/651> "Provided_Person" -> "Person_Proxy" owl:sameAs "Wikidata QID" #22

There should be a owl:sameAs mapping from the Person_Proxy instance to the Wikidata entity. Currently we have a http://www.wikidata.org/prop/direct/651 mapping from the Wikidata entity to the Provided_Person.

I will incorporate into person_id_linker workflow a functionality that fetches the Wikidata QID -> BiographyNet mapping from Wikidata endpoint.
